It really is right? While we face hardships we were still able to wake up today and be part of the world. While I’m pretty optimistic, I’m not this way all the time. Enter Hal Elrod.
Hal Elrod survived a near fatal car accident where his outcome was grim. The likelihood of him coming out of a vegetative state was low. Hal beat the odds. Hal took this experience and his positive and appreciative attitude to the world. He did so through his book “The Miracle Morning”. According to Hal’s website, “…has been translated into 37 languages and sold over 2.5 million copies.“
Pretty amazing. At the core of his book is a process called S.A.V.E.R.S.. Each of these practices on their own are beneficial, but put together they create a powerful practice to start the day successfully and build on that success day after day. I have performed some of these, such as appreciating the morning silence and exercise in the morning, but not all together. Sounds like a good opportunity for us doesn’t it?
Hear my $.02 on this and walk through the S.A.V.E.R.S. with me on ‘Foundations Friday 11: Every Morning is a Miracle’.
Find Hal’s book here and watch the inspiring movie here that gives us a window into Hal’s life and the success stories of others that have benefited from their own Miracle Mornings. Thank you all for reading, listening and sharing the show.
Stay safe, wash your hands and Godspeed,
Kevin
