In this quick, bonus episode I walk the listener through how to setup COVID testing sites. To do so I review the Incident Action Planning (IAP) process and how an IAP could be setup for a COVID-19 testing location. I use the Public Health Planning “P” I created a few years ago to assist Public Health and its partners with planning for incident response or scheduled events.
