I’ve learned through my own development that there is a fine line between being self-assured or being arrogant. What is key is to find balance between providing “command presence”, even as a Project Manager and not being too overbearing with your opinions or decisions. The importance of self-assurance for Project Managers is what we’ll talk about in this episode.
