Wishing the Hoyt family Godspeed on this “Foundations Friday 10: Yes You Can!” as Dick Hoyt passed away this week.
In the 1970’s Dick Hoyt began pushing, pulling, carrying and swimming with his son Rick Hoyt who had cerebral palsy, but as he told his father Dick, “Dad, when I’m running, it feels like I’m not handicapped.”. So began Dick Hoyt’s amazing feets of endurance, perseverance and love. Below is a summary from Team Hoyt.com of the races Dick and Rick completed together.
